Synthetic Class III articulating plaster (formaldehyde-free). Very stable with increased adhesive strength. This prevents the model from sagging during articulation.
Mixing ratio: 100 g / 30 ml distilled water
Mixing times: manually 50 sec.; vacuum 30 sec.
Processing time: 2-3 min.
Setting time: 3-4 min.
Demouldability: ca. 15 min.
Compression strength after 1 hour: 20 MPa
Expansion after 2 hours: 0,06%
Expansion after 24 hours: 0,06%
